Mark Baker – Head of Motorhome Sales (Auckland)

Mark joined SmartRV in November 2017 after a career spanning sales, management and commercial real estate. He worked initially in the Auckland Sales team before taking on the Head of Sales role at SmartRV in August 2018. Mark is excited to offer customers a range of motorhomes selected to suit the Kiwi lifestyle from leading brands Carado, Bürstner and HYMER. He says the Sales teams in Auckland and Christchurch also pride themselves on delivering world-class customer service. “There’s a genuine drive to give people an unforgettable experience. The focus is to make sure that we do everything possible to make sure that the customer loves their vehicle. And the After-Sales care is remarkable – you really do become part of a family.”

Rob Ibbetson – Sales Representative (Christchurch)

Rob has a background in building and real estate and started with SmartRV in November 2017. Hailing from Gloucester in the UK, he arrived in New Zealand six years ago and spent the first two years travelling the country. He loves SmartRV’s positive environment and being involved in such an exciting lifestyle purchase for customers. “It’s great to be part of that process and the journey towards that whole lifestyle change. I’m able to help people live their dreams as well as take the opportunity to keep discovering and exploring New Zealand for myself.”

Hueyshin Gan-Setu – Head of Customer Experience

Hueyshin joined SmartRV in November 2018 and has extensive experience in the tourism industry, having worked across motorhome and car rentals over the past 14 years. As Head of Customer Experience for SmartRV, Hueyshin looks after the After Sales team, which she says is a crucial part of SmartRV’s excellent reputation with customers. “After Sales is hugely important – it’s about ensuring the ownership experience is a really good one and developing long-term relationships. SmartRV owners are fiercely proud of their motorhomes and our goal is always to provide service that matches that.”

Clinton Braun – After Sales Representative (Christchurch)

Clinton came to New Zealand from South Africa after a long career in the car industry with GM Motors and Ford, and has been with SmartRV since early 2016. He relishes the challenges his role can sometimes present. “I'm a problem solver. Any issue that we as a Christchurch team can get sorted as quickly as possible is a massive victory. I love the appreciation people have for us getting them back on the road to enjoy their time away in their motorhome. It's not a job to us and the customers can see that every time they deal with us.”
